Placing an Order

What is the minimum order requirement?
There is no minimum order requirement when shopping at Paperworks.biz.

Do you offer samples of your paper?
Yes, there are a couple ways you can purchase samples. First, on most product pages you’ll see a link for adding samples to your cart for that paper family. These samples are trimmed to 4”x6” and sold for $0.50 each. Each sample is labeled with product family and style information, making it easy for you to reorder later.

A second way to sample our paper is with our very popular snippet packs, which mix a variety of paper styles and sizes that are great for collaging or scrapbooking. Snippet packs start at $3.95 but are not labeled like our 4”x6” samples are.

Do you have a catalog?
Sorry, we don’t have a printed catalog. The best information we have available is on our web site.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Because fine papers are fragile we do not accept returns or exchanges. We pack carefully to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. All sales are final. Please note: Because many of our papers are handmade, hues and textures may vary slightly with production runs.

Do you accept back orders?
We do not accept back orders, nor do most of our suppliers. When you order you’ll have the option of authorizing a partial completion in the rare event that inventory on hand is not adequate. We recommend that you order a sufficient quantity to complete your project.

Is it safe to shop at Paperworks.biz?
Our online store is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption, which ensures safe, secure online transactions. Additionally, your email address and other personal information will never be shared with anyone.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. All these payment methods are available through our website or by phone at 1-800-618-9286.

How will I know if my order was processed successfully?
We will send you an email confirmation that includes your order number and a link to check your order status online. (You can also click the My Account link located at the bottom of this page for processing and shipping status.) We’ll also send you a second email when your order ships.

Special Requests

Can I have my paper cut down to a custom size?
Yes, we’d be happy to cut down your paper to any custom size. Our hourly rate for special requests—such as cutting or folding—is $60, billed in 15-minute increments. Please contact us to place your custom order.

Do you offer discounts for large quantities?
We may be able to offer a discount for large orders, depending on the quantity and paper type. Please contact us for an estimate.

Can I change my order after I have submitted it?
You may contact us, prior to your order being shipped, to indicate the changes you wish to make. You will know if your order has been shipped if you have received a confirmation email from us.

Shipping and Delivery

What is your offered shipping method?
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which delivers to every address in the United States including P.O. Boxes and military addresses.

How much does shipping cost?
Unlike some other online retailers, we don’t try to make a profit off high shipping and handling charges. Shipping rates within the U.S. start at $4.60 for USPS Priority Mail, depending on your zip code. Input your address into the shopping cart to receive a shipping cost estimate for your order.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Orders are usually processed in 2–3 business days (Monday – Friday), pending credit card approval. Special requests, such as cutting or folding, may require additional time. Shipments via USPS are made in an average of 2–3 days within the United States.

International Orders (outside the U.S.)

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries using USPS Global Priority Mail, provided by the United States Postal Service, which offers delivery worldwide in approximately seven days.

How much will it cost to ship to my country?
International shipping rates start at $10.00 (USD). Additional duties or import taxes may apply to your shipment. We recommend you check with your local authorities and/or package carrier for more details prior to placing your order.
